Design and Supervision Fee
At seki.design, design and supervision fees are calculated based on the following standard guidelines. For details about when fees are billed during each stage of the project, please refer to the design process page.
Notes
- The figures below are approximate. The final fee may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
- The construction cost used as the basis for calculation is an estimated cost at the time of contract.
- When all services are completed, the final fee will be recalculated according to the actual construction cost, and the balance will be adjusted accordingly.
New construction (residential)

- For steel-frame (S) or reinforced-concrete (RC) structures, or for projects of high cost or high technical difficulty, fees will be discussed separately.
- A separate structural calculation fee is required for structural design and documentation (approx. ¥300,000 for a standard wooden house; ¥500,000 or more for special wooden, steel, or RC structures).
- Application fees and government stamp duties are billed separately (approx. ¥80,000 as a reference).
- For clinics, multi-unit dwellings, or other non-residential buildings, fees will be discussed separately.

- The above rates are approximate and may vary depending on project complexity.
- When structural reinforcement, seismic evaluation, or change-of-use applications are required, additional fees will apply (approx. from ¥700,000).
