We work with clients at every stage — those who already own a site, and those still looking for one. Many of our projects begin simply with a conversation, before any formal design request is made.

Communication and Cultural Dialogue
All communication is conducted in English, supported by digital tools such as real-time translation and 3D modeling. These allow us to share ideas clearly and visually, ensuring smooth understanding throughout the process.
For those new to building in Japan, we provide careful guidance through each step and do our best to make the process transparent and reassuring.

Private Consultations
Consultations are available by appointment — online via Zoom or Google Meet, or in person at our office in Kobe. We welcome inquiries related to every aspect of residential design, including interior coordination, site selection, and project budgeting.
